For time:150 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
13.54cashed out w/ 5 rds of 5 curl ups, 10 pushups, 15 crunches
i only did about 2.5 warm up rounds (crunches, lunges, push ups). 150 wall balls, 10 lb ball, 18:20, f-ed up my back and now i can barely move.ye-ah.
Only had a 12 pound ball and actual wall to hit...15:30finished up with 3 sets of 10 handstand push-ups and pullups.
