    did this one outdoors. was brutal...115 at 1630. had to lug the medicine ball and kb about 100 yards from the gym to my end of the compound (taking them back was the worst).

    no jumprope, so i subbed jumping jacks for the double unders. i skipped the burpees because i didnt want to die. fml.

  2. pretty annoyed at the x tonight. i did 50 lunges, 50 wall balls, 50 situps, 50 back extensions with weights, couple planks, 20 pull ups (at 40 lbs), 10 dips (40 lbs) and some yoga when i got home (minus the yoga, took about 30-35 minutes). The f-ing cycling class bogarted all the kettle bells for the entire hr class (still using them when i left the gym 45 mins later)....and couldn't get any jump boxes bc of a class. and i don't do burpees bc i look retarded. i forgot there was jumping rope, but there wasnt anywhere for me to do that either, it was totally packed. monday night was a bad night to need lots of gym equipment.
