    didn't push too hard on this one, wanted to do 'mantown' afterwards w/ the crew out here. mantown is their gym jones/crossfit workout they do 3x a week. consisted of:

    2 rds of a pull up ladder - 1-2-3-4-5-6-5-4-3-2-1; teams of three, so one person does one, the next person does one, the third one, then the first person does 2, second does 2, third 2, etc up to 6 then back down.
