    much more difficult motion/form that it looks. 160 was ugly.

    did this in mid-july, my performance this time around was a bit better. last time was:
    135-145(f)-145-145-155-155-155-155(f)-155

    cashed out with 5 rds of:
    10x power stand leg raises
    10x air squats
    10x 35-45lbs kb standing oblique crunches
    10x cable crunches (3 rds at 80, then 90, 100)
    10x back extensions
    10x oblique/side extensions each side
