Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

Set up three bars and storm through for time.

    deadlift - 205
    bp - 80 lbs dumbbells
    clean (full squat) - 115

    I got 10-4 before calling it. Took me 63 mins. This was absolutely miserable, I am scared to wake up tomorrow knowing how sore I am going to be. this was definitely one of the top 3 hardest wod's ive done.

    i pretty much dragged half the gym outside to do this today, including a bench.
