  1. 10 or 11 rounds ... i may have accidentally counted the 5th round twice i dont know. subbed bar muscleups because my ring muscleups are unproven, and subbed a 45 lbs kb instead of the 72 because i'm not fucking crazy.

    cashed out w. 5 rounds of 10 sit ups, 10 standing oblique crunches, 5 curl ups, 5 air squats, 15 seconds rest in btwn sets.
