20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

  2. I did this on Monday, 9/14/09. holy shit batman. i must have warmed up too intensely because i was near passing out after 3 rounds and quit.

    warmup:
    Roman chair: 3 x 15
    Push-ups: 3 x 20
    back extension: 3 x 15
    squat: 2 x 20

    2- 5.10
    3- 6.17
    4- did not attempt
