SUNDAY 090906


6 rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
25 Burpees

Set up under a bar that is one foot above your reach for the burpees. Jump and touch the bar for each burpee rep.

  1. well this started out as rx'd ...

    then i realized i didnt actually start the stopwatch.

    then my treadmill got stolen and i had to run the 400s outside after two solid rounds inside. was trying to keep my body temp in check and energy up by running inside.

    so after 4 rds, i called it. im guessing i was around 30 mins at that point anyway, which is pretty terrible.

    cashed out w/ 3 rds of 20 sit ups and 10 burpees.
