  1. standard warm up, plus deadlifts at 135x5 then 225x5.

    275 x 3
    300 x 3
    315 x 3
    325 x 3
    335 x 3f

    finished up with 16 rounds of 100m sprints. take your time and multiply by 3 for rest interval in btwn rounds.

    misery. going to die tomorrow probably.
