    135-145-150 (not counting these reps ... did a push press to get it overheard then lowered it and pressed it back up for the single rep max, instead of just pressing straight up)

    squat

    no dead lift

    weighted pullups
    warm up: 0x5, 50x2, 80x2, 1x90
