SATURDAY 100619

“Chipper Kate”

2 people per team.

Buy in – 60 Lateral Jump Burpees between both teammates (men-must clear a loaded bar/women-must clear just the bar). One person must hold a plank while the other does burpees until the 60 are completed.

30 Overhead Squats (45/35)
30 Slam Balls (20/10)
30 Knees to Elbows
30 Pull Ups
30 Box Jumps (24/20)
30 Wall Balls (20/16)

Buy out – 800m Run, both teammates.

Each teammate chooses 3 of the 6 middle movements, starting at the same time after the buy in. Teammates may not move onto next movement until both have completed their 30 rep set.

  1. i suckered some friends into this, and we decided to make it a bit tougher, because we are dumb.

    30 lateral jump burpees each person; then each individual on the team had to complete 30 reps…of every movement. the duo could not move to the next movement on until both people completed the 30 reps. then both ran the 800m.

    this was rough. 24.55. second team finished in 26.30ish.
