1) High-Bar Back Squat: 1X8 @ 65%, 1X8 @ 70%, 1X8 @ 75%, 1X8 @ 80% – rest 2-3 min. between each set.

    cut the metcon in half essentially, 30 burpees/15 PS, 15 burpees 10 PS @ 89#

    meh. burpees sucked ass. PS were awful too broke them into sets of 5. not great.
