1 Minute Plate Ground to Overhead (45/25)
1 Minute Over the Box Jumps (24/20)
Plate must rest fully on the ground between reps. You may not touch the box as you jump over to be rxd.

  1. squat: all 5x: 135-165-185-205-225. 225 felt heavy. glad i got it though, that was the goal

    press: 135-145-155-165F-165F-160 GOD DAMN IT i cant get past 160.

    metcon: rx'd. good times, liked this wod. didnt burn it out but kept steady pace throughout. kind of a weak score tho maybe
