  1. horrible horrible bitch of a wod. breakfast = poptart and lunch = cheese danish and then some chicken jerky around 1530. wanted to vomit after the 3rd round and almost quit but sucked it up.

    21.10ish almost rx, only did 30 singles per round. f this wod.
