Power Snatch and snatch 1rm

  1. first time snatching in MONTHS. like 8 months or something ridiculous.

    worked up to 126 on snatch, missed 135 twice, weight fell forward in the catch. worked up to 150 in the power snatch, adding in some OHS in the heavier reps.
