  1. squat: 240. failed on the third rep of the first set. lame. went back at it and finished out all three sets at 240, believe 240 is a PR for x5. form went to shit pretty much throughout on the last 2-3 reps of each set but still managed to push the envelope and get through the sets. very sore 3 days later still.

    bench: 190 across. no spotter so kept weight stagnant.

    metcon: 17.28. slow. brutal wod. deads felt slow and heavy relative to my fastest diane times, not sure why my metcon deads suck now.
