  1. Squat: 230-230-230. focused on keeping chest up/better high bar positioning. was alright. last 2 of sets 2 and 3 were tough as balls.
    Press: 120-12-120. Meh. shoulders were not feeling it, still tired from press on sat and hspu on sunday.

    metcon: fml. this sucked balls. 16-ish range. 42.5# DBs. slow as shit. metcon is way off, working legs/shoulders AGAIN for a 3rd day in a row was a bad choice.
