  1. squat: 235-235-235. form still ugly for some reason, going to stay at this weight till it tightens up. chest collapsing on last 2 reps of each set.

    PC: 185-185-185-185-185

    metcon: 10 rounds 95#. good wod. used fat bar for pullups for the most part throughout. good forearm burner.
