    i did:
    30 body weight bench press (155)
    500m row
    20 bench
    1000m row
    10 bench
    2000m row
    for time. 26.30

    tacked on an extra 15 reps on bench, then cashed out with 5 rounds of 10 standing oblique crunches with the 44lbs kb, 10 back extensions, 10 100lbs cable crunches.
