Tuesday 090728

With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

    5 rds/minutes at 95lbs.

    sucked it up and did another 3 rds not watching the clock (last set was 8). took about 20 more minutes. so, all told, 36 clean and jerks.

    cashed out with 5 sets of 10 crunches and 10 wide grip push ups. hot as balls today. surprise.
