    fucking legs are killing me from yesterday's wallballs, f.

    cashed out w/ 5 rounds of 5 curl ups, 10 pushups, 15 sit ups; 30-35 seconds of rest in between sets.

  2. Did this on Sunday instead of Friday. After first set had to start kipping. By the end was kipping every rep. My measure of 100 feet was probably a very poor guess, probably went too far.
