FRIDAY 090828

Overhead Squat 3-3-3-3-3 reps

  1. hungover and tired. no energy or will to max out. kept the weight low and did 10 sets of 5 reps to work on my form.

    1 set at 45 (yep...just the bar....)
    remainder at 65 ... yep, two tens. sad.

    finished up with some chin ups, ring dips, and crunches. also tried practicing ring muscleups, cant seem to do them yet. the transition is pretty difficult for me.

  2. keep them CLOSE to the center line of the body...and false grip is a must.
