SUNDAY 090830

Still on vacation, made up the following workout:

5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 sit-ups
20 squats

Do as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.

  1. 11 rounds in 20 minutes at a local playground.

    Pullups: 55
    Pushups: 110
    Situps: 165
    Squats: 220

    Not proud. Strength wasn't really giving out, but felt like vomiting so that slowed me down.

    Started with a mile run to the playground and ended with a mile walk home.
