  1. while overall my numbers are much higher than they were 4-6 months ago, overtraining has degraded them a great deal. i couldnt even finish deadlift because my lower back sucks right now and was screaming at me.

    squat - 275
    press - 135
    dl - 275 (down from 335 6 wks ago...)
    total - 685

    bench press max just for fun - 225
