Metcon:
21-15-19 DB Push Press, DB lunge, Pull ups

  1. squat: 235 across. last 2 reps of second set were terrible. last set felt good and was very happy w/ it.
    bench: 195 across. need to go heavier but no spotter

    metcon: 10.22 using 42.6 each DBs. pretty much sucked
