  1. ugh. definitely on E today...super late night, got up crazy early, body clock is all thrown off. lack of a rest day last week (working on 5 days or so in a row) also added to my lack of energy. excuses excuses.

    spinning bike: 8+ miles, 26 minutes

    150 lbs for bench, no assist on pullups

  3. today did 9.5 rounds in 20 min of:

    10 back extensions
    10 wallballs (used 10lb weight)
    10 situps

    warmed up with some jumproping and squats.
