Sunday 26 July

technically a rest day. i rested yesterday. so:

Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
10 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
10 GHD Sit-ups
10 Back extensions

    cashed out with a pyramid of kb oblique crunches and cable crunches (25lbsx20reps each side, 80lbs cable crunchx20; 35lbsx15 reps each side, 90lbsx15; 45lbsx10 each side, 100lbsx10; and back down in reverse)
