MONDAY 090727


"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

  1. found out i cant do one legged squats (still beat up from yesterdays wallball shots), so opted for cindy.

    16 full rounds +5pullups+10pushups. had about 20 seconds left, couldnt bring myself to do any more squats.

    was approx 107 degrees or so outside at 1800. love the challenge of doing this stuff outside in the heat
