  2. i only did about 2.5 warm up rounds (crunches, lunges, push ups). 150 wall balls, 10 lb ball, 18:20, f-ed up my back and now i can barely move.
    ye-ah.

    finished up with 3 sets of 10 handstand push-ups and pullups.
