50 KB Swings (70/53)

30 Burpees

  1. DL: worked up to 385 x 5, which i believe is a PR for a 5rm. one rep at a time, lowering each one/no dropping, resetting after each rep. this sucked and the last rep was incredibly challenging. better than bouncing though.

    metcon: 14.40 at 62# kbs
